It is an extensive network with a diverse population of approximately 105,000 patients. SWAGGA PCN’s Women’s Health Hub has been in operation since 2021 and aims to improve access to women’s services in our local area. Our clinics run out of GP Surgeries that are part of the SWAGGA Primary Care Network
